FAQ's

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, International orders will be shipped via UPS First Class shipping/DHL International Shipping. International Shipping has a flat rate of $40.00. Tracking will only be available while the package is inside of the US. This could take roughly 3-6 weeks. If you would like to receive your international order faster, contact me for Priority shipping. Tracking will be available the entire way to your doorstep.

What is your shipping policy?

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation (Priority) within 2 - 5 weeks. Items are made to order. Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery and allows for the package to be tracked the entire way. Any lost packages or orders will not be refunded. BridgeParker will not be held responsible for lost packages.

 

 

What is your return policy?

At this time Bridgeparker does not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final. If there is damage to your bag upon receipt, please contact me within 24 hours of your accepted delivery.
